Business Activity Statements for quarter ending December 2007 are due to be lodged by 28 February 2008 for those businesses that report each quarter.

The ATO are getting more strict with due dates and filling up their coffers with fines. Don’t expect to get a favourable reception if you ask them for an extension, since you’ve already received a four week extension
