Ever noticed how large Quickbooks data files become?
There’s a real problem when you want to email a Quick Books data file to your acountant or bookkeeper. That’s why our clients use our file transfer system
Often it’s a case of making a copy of the backup file onto a CD or a memory stick and somehow getting it into the hands of your bookkeeping service.
If your book-keeper client is out of town, it can be inconvenient to have to go to the post office and mail a disk to the bookeeper to then run various financial reports and check through your bookkeeping files.
Finally we found a solution where our bookkeeping clients can upload their bokwork datafiles onto our server. They don’t need to know anything about ISP or FTP or any other such abreviations.
As long as you know how to send an email from your computer, you’ll be able to upload your really LARGE Quickbooks data files and send them to us with our file transfer system
We’ll be able to download your bookkeeping files at our office, review all the hard work that you have done with your Quicken files. We’ll run some bookkeeping reports to see that everything is where it should be.
We can reconcile your bank accounts if that hasn’t been done. We’ll check the allocations of your data entries and help you to lodge your BAS forms.
What are you waiting for? Use our file transfer system
